Have always found Alnorthumbria very knowledgeable and patient with my dogs and cat. They dealt with my mum's very nervous rescue dog when she visited and were fantastic, the first time he's been able to have his jabs without a muzzle

After visiting another vet, I was recommended the practice because I wasnt happy with care and high fees elsewhere. From the moment I called the practice everything was perfect, reception team were brilliant and helpful, the consultation with Fiona was caring and informative, I immediately trusted the staff with my dog. I was thrilled to see reasonable fees associated and availability to proceed with care was priorised. I am so happy with the care! Friendly local vet with helpful staff. Handy for local residents, small animal care, checkups and healthcare. Vet was professional and provided high quality advice. Free parking right outside, small waiting area. Also provide feed, medications and pet equipment.
Great vets practice. I normally use the Ponteland branch, and they've always done the best for our cats.
