WILL TRY AND STEAL WHEN PAYING BY CARD. Some of the staff are great however watch out when paying by card with the owners wife. She will accidentally punch in an incorrect amount to pay always too much by about 2 or 3 and hope I dont notice with contactless. You then feel a bit stupid making a fuss over a couple of pound but if she is doing that to everyone...Also if you ask Ive noticed if there is a min spend on card you will be told yes 5. If you do not ask and just pay you can spend under 5. Ive seen people in the que ask and have to make up the 5 then ive paid on my card next under 5. They still tell me at times to pay the 5 This seems to just be the owner and his wife that do this not the other staff which seem quite down to earth and friendly.

NO STARS for this chemist even though I had to tick one star in order to post this review. Delivery service is appalling. My aged father has a repeat prescription, ordered and sent to them each month and EVERY month I have to chase them for delivery, and more often than not have to collect it myself after a week of waiting. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but after a year of this enough is enough now. Always an excuse as to why it hasn't been delivered. Last month the script was ordered and sent to them and it was delivered THE SAME DAY so their excuse of having to wait 48 hours for it to come to them from the doctor is a blatant lie. Do NOT rely on these people for delivery and expect to have to chase your prescription every time. Very poor and customer service isn't that great either.
Fantastic it's open on Sundays
They are always very helpful, friendly and very polite. Gavin does all he can to help and the delivery staff are more than friendly. I wouldn't use another chemist.
