Ordered delivery through just eat app, Lorenzos called and told me to walk to meet my delivery and bring more money, even though Id paid online! Was given a rude lecture on answering my mobile phone. I refused to pay the extra and they cancelled my order as they were too busy for this sort of thing. Glad they are busy enough to turn down business and get the opportunity to be very disrespectful and impolite to customers in the process.
