Pennine Home Improvements have made my life hell with their inability to carry out the work they promised to a satisfactory quality. They have 'built' an orangery at my house which, after 4 months, is still not fit for purpose, or as described.Pennine Home Improvements are continually ignoring my phone calls, or refusing to see me. They seem to be unwilling to rectify the problems they have created. They sent a manager out to compile a report on 18th October, but have since continued to ignore me.I have followed their 'Complaints Procedure', but have gotten nowhere with them.I have created a video which is on YouTube (search BEWARE: Pennine Home Improvements - My Experience from Hell) now highlighting the nightmare experience I have suffered, and continue to suffer, at the hands of 'Pennine Home Improvements'. This has been ongoing since June 2018.
