Definitely a marmite bar.I can see why some will like,while others will loathe.Some of the clientele as mentioned in other reviews,can be quite pretentious and rather aloof.Personally that doesn't bother me as I'm sure they will think common old me is quite the opposite.Not the cheapest bar you will visit,but you'd expect slightly higher than average prices when drinking in Ponteland.All said,the beer is decent and cocktails are 2-4-1 on a Friday night.Go visit and decide for yourself if you're a marmite lover,or hater.
Do not go to this place. Full of pretentious young kids, they were perving on my girlfriend all night, bar staff and bouncers very unhelpful, awful crowd very letchy. Avoid at all costs, brings the village down.

Perfect place to eat, staff wonderful and it's our favourite spot on a Friday night!
Very nice place, beautiful and staff are great. I found the music a little bit too loud as we had to shout all nigt long. Also wanted a standard Margarita, which wasn't on the menu! and no tequila based cocktails what so ever. Other than that great place to meet friends.
